eBusiness Ideas

An ebay for sex. A last stop for the desperate, or a goldmine for a pro. People put pics and desctriptions of themselves and ask how much will you pay to sleep with me? Inviting unflattering comparisons and sarcastic replies. More like a sexual version of The weakest link.

Weblog

This weblog definitely lacks a theme. It's just a collection of random observations: the two forms of weblog seem to be links, with editorial or a personal diary, random mood thoughts. There must be more...

Search Requests

Occasionally I like to spy on search requests. Some of them are occasionally interesting, some are plain disturbing.

Microsoft get away with it

From the very day that I found out about the ARRD detection code and the role it played in the death of DR-DOS and Digital Research I have hated Microsoft with a pure blue flame of loating....never will I touch the horrible .NET UI, never will I edit my documents in MS Office just because "everything is Microsoft now". One day, they will be just another company. Like IBM. Or General Motors. Or AT&T. One day.

This post was brought to you by Linux

Finally my nice PCI ASDL modem runs under Linux. It didn't help that the company released binary only drivers for Linux and then went bust. It's only a matter of time before it ends on the scrapheap..damm. But for now, after a long struggle, it works..!

The Journal

A miscellany of topics that intersest me: deaf culture, game design, politics as soap opera, the cyborg condition and the experience of learning to hear again. Other topics presented are speculative fiction and imaginary cities. There are appearences of snippets of work in progress, public rants, pointless posts and Mish the Mouse.

The Writer

A lower middle class cyborg living an innocous life in a suburban village near Newcastle On Tyne, in the United Kingdom. Mostly autobiographical and creative notes posts and musings on the topic du jour.
